NAV mode is very similar to GPS mode,

However, if a plotter connected to the system

Sends NMEA0183, APB messages to the autopilot, it will adjust the heading command to follow them.

This allows automatic steering and tracking on a route with WAYPOINTS.

For example, when the boat reaches a certain WAYPOIT, the autopilot will change direction.
